Print circulation
The print edition of The Pharmaceutical Journal is received by over 30,000* members of the RPS, working in various pharmacy sectors, mainly in Great Britain. This includes 2,355 associate members, mainly pharmacy preregistration trainees. In addition, several pharmacy schools and corporations worldwide receive the print edition as part of their institutional subscription to Pharmaceutical Journal Publications. We also have several individual subscribers from the UK and across the globe, who receive the print edition of The Pharmaceutical Journal as part of their subscription.

All members and fellows of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society have full access to the pharmaceutical-journal.com platform. In addition, more than 12,286 pharmacy students who do not receive the print editions of The Pharmaceutical Journal, have full access to the online platform.
Apart from RPS members, a metered access model has been implemented on our online platform, so those users who are not members of the RPS, can still have access to a number of articles published every month for free, and even more articles if they register with us. Nonmembers also have the option of purchasing a digital or premium subscription to our publications, if they choose not to become members of the RPS. As a result, our online platform has a far wider reach than our print editions.
