    We have been here many times before — consultations followed by White Papers followed by trialling and piloting initiatives followed by more consultation, more White Papers and similar initiatives, but not resulting in a real step change or re-engineering of community pharmacy or better rewards. Hopes and aspirations have undoubtedly been deflated along the way.
