Any member or Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) Fellow who is resident of England, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at 5pm on 14 April 2016 will be entitled to vote in the election of members of the English Pharmacy Board.

Any member or Fellow who is resident in Scotland at 5pm on 14 April 2016 will be entitled to vote in the election of members of the Scottish Pharmacy Board.

Any member or Fellow who is resident overseas at 5pm on 14 April 2016 will be entitled to vote in the election of members of the English Pharmacy Board unless he/she has opted by then to be an elector of one of the other RPS National Pharmacy Boards.

Any person who becomes a member or Fellow after 5pm on 14 April 2016 will not be entitled to vote in the elections.

In the event of a contested election all members and Fellows entitled to vote will be sent the relevant ballot paper by email on or about 6 May 2016. This will include instructions for online voting. Any member or Fellow who would like to receive the ballot paper by post instead of by email must update their voting preferences accordingly by 5pm on 14 April 2016. This can be done at the ‘My Profile’ section on www.rpharms.com or by calling the RPS Support Team on 0333 733 2570.

Any member or Fellow for whom the Society does not hold an email address will automatically be sent the ballot paper by post.
