Any person who becomes a member or Fellow of the Society after 5pm on 13 April 2017 will not be entitled to vote in the elections.

In the event of a contested election all members and Fellows entitled to vote will be sent the relevant ballot paper by email on or about 4 May 2017. This will include instructions for online voting. Any member or Fellow who would like to receive the ballot paper by post instead of by email must update their voting preferences accordingly by 5pm on 13 April 2017. This can be done at the ‘My Profile’ section on www.rpharms.com or by calling the RPS Support Team on 0845 257 2570. Any member or Fellow for whom the Society does not hold an email address will automatically be sent the ballot paper by post.
