RPS event ‘The future of diabetes in pharmacy’: Tuesday 6 December 2016

Following the successful launch of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) long-term conditions campaign, which calls for more pharmacist-led support in the care of patients with long-term conditions, the RPS are hosting events that highlight the importance of pharmacists in the patient care pathway.

There are 3.5 million adults living with diabetes in the UK, and this number is expected to rise to 5 million by 2020. Attend this event to understand how pharmacists play an increasingly vital role in detecting, treating and preventing this disease.

This event will provide an update on diabetes as a long-term condition, focusing on the role of community pharmacists with a clinical focus during the afternoon session.

To book, please visit the RPS website.
