It aims to give carers information about how to manage medicines effectively, and encourages them to make themselves known to their local pharmacy. The bilingual booklet, from Carers Trust Wales, Community Pharmacy Wales and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, will be available in all North Wales community pharmacies.
