    Pfizer is expecting existing stock of Ativan (lorazepam) solution for injection 4mg/ml to be exhausted by the week commencing 17 November 2014 and expects new stock to be available from the middle of December 2014. Pfizer will experience intermittent supply disruptions from mid-November 2014 through to March 2015. These disruptions are due to manufacturing site issues. Further enquires on 0845 6088866.
