Pfizer is experiencing supply issues with Zavedos (idarubicin hydrochloride) powder for solution for injection 5mg and 10mg. Epanutin (phenytoin) oral suspension 30mg/ml is back in stock from Pfizer. Daily orders of yellow fever vaccine are temporarily unavailable from Sanofi Pasteur.
