    Publication of the Health Bill, which will set out details of the planned reorganisation of the NHS, will now be delayed until the new year, the Department of Health said today (29 November 2010). A spokeswoman said that the DoH has received over 6,000 responses to the White Paper “Equity and excellence: liberating the NHS”.
