  • Side effects of Frusene Subscription

    Deafness, sometimes irreversible, has been added as an uncommon side effect to the summary of product characteristics for Frusene (furosemide, triamterene; Orion). Dizziness, fainting and loss of consciousness, and acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis have been added as side effects with unknown frequency.

  • Concomitant use of Tildiem and ivabradine contraindicated

    Concomitant use of Tildiem (diltiazem hydrochloride; Sanofi) with ivabradine is now contraindicated due to the additional heart rate lowering effect of diltiazem.
