First pharmacy students graduate from University of Wolverhampton

The first pharmacygraduates from the Universityof Wolverhamptoncelebrated their awards last week (2 September 2010) at a graduation ceremonyheld at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre.

The universityhas a small number of places left on its 2010 pharmacy intake.

Keith Ridge,England’s chief pharmaceutical officer, was yesterday (8 September 2010)awarded an honorary degree of Doctor of Science by the university inrecognition of his significant contribution to the pharmacy profession.
