E-cigarette consultation in Scotland
The Scottish Government is seeking views from members of the public on a number of potential changes to the regulation of electronic cigarettes and strengthening tobacco control in Scotland. The consultation includes a proposal to ban the sale of e-cigarettes to those under 18 years old, and to make it illegal to smoke in a car if there is a child on board. The consultation is available on the Scottish Government’s website until 2 January 2015.
