Online “commissioning zone” launched to pool service information

By News team

Information and resources for NHS commissioners have been brought together in a single web resource, launched by NHS Networks.

“The commissioning zone” contains commissioning guidance, practice data and case studies, and will also direct people to sites that can be used to inform commissioning decisions, such as NHS Evidence and the Department of Health website.

“We intend to develop the commissioning zone to become a people portal where commissioners can share information and spread good practice,” said Julian Patterson, director of development at NHS Networks.
