Society to host international conference on the management of pharmaceutical quality

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is to host a two-day internationalconference on “Managing pharmaceutical quality throughout the productlife cycle” at its London headquarters on 21 and 22 November.

The conference is the first in a planned series of biennial meetingshosted by the Society and organised in partnership with the InternationalPharmaceutical Federation.

John Clements, science adviser to the Society, says: “Quality managementconcepts influence daily practice whether you work in the pharmaceuticalindustry or within a regulatory environment. This conference will beof interest to those working in all areas of pharmaceutical manufactureand production, research and development, quality assurance and controland in regulatory affairs or authorities.”

There will be a poster session on both days of the conference. Abstractsare invited on any subjects related to quality management.
