Society offers £40,000 in practice research awards
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is inviting applications for two pharmacy practice research awards in 2002, worth up to £40,000 in total. The awards on offer are the Sir Hugh Linstead fellowship and the Galen award.
The Linstead fellowship is specifically for research which aims to develop some aspect of community pharmacy services. It is financed by a grant from the Leverhulme Trade Charities trust. The Galen award may be used to support research in any aspect of pharmacy practice. It is financed by income from a trust fund set up in the will of the late Rowland Henry Williams of Holyhead.
