Five tips to reduce stress and increase your wellbeing


This is a really interesting article. I particularly liked the section about mindfulness. I find that sometimes when I'm so stressed I can forget to do some as simple as breathe, which never does anything to help my stress levels. Have you tried Julien Blanc's 6,3,6 breathing technique? I have found and I have found that it immensely helped my stress levels. I talk about that and other tips in my article here:
