Pharmacists in GP surgeries is a pragmatic solution

I'm pleased with the comment that practice pharmacists aren't budget GPs, pharmacists are a separate option with skills overlapping those of a GP, more so if a prescriber, and with specialist skills of our own. A pharmacist should be seen as an attractive and necessary addition to the practice team and, in my experience, are very much valued by GPs and other practice staff.
