Government to consult on legal changes to permit widespread centralised dispensing

In a hub and spoke model, it will create more confusion and cross over of professional accountabilities. There is no free up time, you need to hire more people for Hub anyways, then why not for existing pharmacies. Does NHS budget allows extra reimbursements for running two places? Seems, useless effort for over stretching the profession in deep end without full valuation of its merit.
