The PSNC needs to be more transparent with other pharmacy players

What we need to do is roll the PSNC into the RPS, and allow the RPS to become a union representative body for pharmacy. This will then give it the teeth it needs when commenting on and potentially negotiating contracts. Whilst the RPS wishes to remain a purely professional body, it's important to remember that other professions' royal colleges all have union responsibilities.
