Headline

Fresh evidence points to a cause and possible treatments for chronic fatigue syndrome

Comment

This is a fairly good overview of history and the key points of current focus for ME/CFS but Janna Lawrence failed to mention several independent analyses (David Tuller and several others) that refute the findings of the PACE trial and show in fact that neither CBT nor GET result in a significant improvement in symptoms. In fact, there is evidence that GET can be harmful. In light of this significant omission, a revision of this article, including the perspectives of the omitted material, should be reposted immediately.
