What you are saying about pharmacy degree apprenticeships


It appears that in general pharmacists are against the apprenticeship and technicians are for it. That says a lot. Dispensers/technicians may think they could do a pharmacists job after an apprenticeship but I doubt it due to the increasing need to utilise clinical skills, assessment and management of symptoms. There are some very good non-pharmacist managers out there but without a clinical background and advanced training patients safety would be at risk.
