Defining leadership

Well written and concise piece Aditya Leadership is a multitude of different skills, thinking and abilities. I agree we are not taught (esp at an undergrauate) level leadership or even management. Equally organisations perhaps dont give or allow the appropriate access to the vast array of leadership courses out there for the vast majority of professionals. Life long learning of what it means to be a leader must happen for the professions. We need to follow a vision and message that transends the bureaucratic and archaic measures that we currently judge our performance with. More importantly we need to care for each other. Otherwise how can we care for the patients and people we serve as pharmacy professionals. Keep going Aditya. Love reading your articles. Yousaf
