On 27 June 2019, Islwyn (Lyn) Owen, aged 70 years, of Emsworth, Hampshire and Hackney, London.
A former member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Mr Owen worked until 1994 as principal pharmacist in quality control at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, before going on to do locum work in London, Oxford and the Hampshire region.
