On 27 July 2016, Michele Stewart Caldwell FRPharmS, aged 60, of Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. Mrs Caldwell registered with the Society in 1980 and was made a Fellow in May 2016. Mrs Caldwell was director of pharmacy for NHS Ayrshire and Arran for 12 years. She retired in April 2016.
