On 17 June 2015, Geoffrey Stafford Knowles, aged 95, of Hoylake, Merseyside. Mr Knowles registered with the Society in 1942 and became a Fellow in 1971. He served for a number of years on the Cheshire Pharmaceutical Committee, and held senior positions including chair of the Chester branch of the Society, member of the Society’s Statutory Committee, and Fellow and chairman of the Institute of Pharmacy Management. He left the Society in 2015.
