The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is responding to an NHS England consultation on a draft standard for health and social care information, setting out requirements and recommendations that organisations must follow. The recommendations include providing information, such as patient leaflets and letters in different formats including large print, Braille, via email, in an audio format or in easy read.
