Lindsey Gilpin

Lindsey was one of nature’s truly wonderful people, always smiling no matter the workload, the hour or the exhaustion. You couldn’t find a greater leader, a greater person or indeed anyone who worked as hard to make pharmacy greater. As the first English Board Chair of the new PLB post split, she made history at a particularly momentous and challenging time. She was instrumental in the start-up, consolidation, growth and turnaround of our new body and amongst other things, she fought for decriminalisation, access to patient records, better workload and workforce pressures and greater professional recognition. I was proud to be her Vice Chair and her legend lives on as we continue her great work.
