Any Member or Fellow who is resident in England, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at 17:00 on 6 April 2020 will be entitled to vote in the election of Members of the English Pharmacy Board.

Any Member or Fellow who is resident in Scotland at 17:00 on 6 April 2020 will be entitled to vote in the election of Members of the Scottish Pharmacy Board.

Any Member or Fellow who is resident in Wales at 17:00 on 6 April 2020 will be entitled to vote in the election of Members of the Welsh Pharmacy Board.

Any Member or Fellow who is resident overseas at 17:00 on 6 April 2020 will be entitled to vote in the election of Members of the English Pharmacy Board unless he/she has opted by then to be an elector of one of the other National Pharmacy Boards.

Any person who becomes a Member or Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) after 17:00 on 6 April 2020 will not be entitled to vote in the elections.

In the event of a contested election, all Members and Fellows entitled to vote will be sent the relevant ballot paper by e-mail on or about 30 April 2020. This will include instructions for online voting. Any Member or Fellow who would like to receive the ballot paper by post instead of by e-mail must update their voting preferences accordingly by 17:00 on 6 April 2020. This can be done at the ‘My Profile’ section on www.rpharms.com or by calling the RPS Support Team on 0207 572 2737 . Any Member or Fellow for whom the Society does not hold an e-mail address will automatically be sent the ballot paper by post.

If you have any queries please contact Alison Douglas, governance manager at the RPS, at: alison.douglas@rpharms.com.
