It has been confirmed that the date for the 6th Annual RPS Wales Medicines Safety Conference will be Thursday 3 November.
The venue is yet to be confirmed, but the event will be held in a central Cardiff location.
The theme of this year’s conference will be focused on shifting care closer to people’s homes. Delegates will hear from opinion leaders, policy shapers and experts and will benefit from an overview of the challenges facing health and social care in Wales. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to debates and to learn from examples of good practice through workshop sessions.
Keynote speakers at this year’s conference will include Vaughan Gething, the Welsh cabinet secretary for health, well-being and sport.
