Wednesday 24 February: RPS and King’s Fund joint event on role of pharmacy in healthcare with discount for RPS members

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is holding an event with the King’s Fund on 24 February 2016 that will explore the crucial role of pharmacy in supporting the primary and secondary care of vulnerable patients.

Titled ‘Commissioning person-centred care for vulnerable groups: what role does pharmacy play?’, the event will address how pharmacy can support higher quality patient care and improved efficiency by alleviating pressures on healthcare services.

RPS president Ash Soni and English Pharmacy Board chair Sandra Gidley will be speaking at the event alongside experts and decision makers across the sector, including minister of state for pharmacy Alistair Burt, Turning Point chief executive Lord Victor Adebowale and Matthew Cripps from NHS England.

The King’s Fund is offering a 20% discount on the event ticket price for RPS members. To take advantage of this offer, use the discount code RPS_20 when purchasing your ticket online.
