RPS relaunches membership survey

Ivana Knyght, head of professional support at the RPS

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is relaunching its membership survey.

Most recently carried out in 2016, the survey aims to explore what members think of the products and services offered by the RPS, and how they feel the Society could better support them in future.

The RPS told The Pharmaceutical Journal that survey responses will be anonymous and cannot be linked back to individual members.

Ivana Knyght, head of professional support at the RPS, said that the survey “will help our teams to determine which products, services and activities members value the most — and also which ones they don’t value so much”.

“We will then make sure that the next 12 months is focused on doing more of the things that our members want us to.”

The survey — managed by the external agency Chrysalis Research — should take around 15 minutes to complete, Knyght said, “to ensure that the annual survey results truly represent the needs of each and every member, it is important that we get as many responses as possible”.

“Every response counts,” she added.

Details of the survey and how to complete it will be sent to members via email on 15 July 2019. The survey closes on 31 July 2019.
