Traditional remedies for colds and flu

9 February 2018: Zoe Pearce, community pharmacist and member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, appeared on BBC’s Countryfile to talk about traditional home remedies for colds and flu.

“Hot honey and lemon is one of my personal favourites,” Pearce said. Other remedies discussed included garlic, chicken soup, onion tea and spicy foods such as chillies.
