Paediatric health
Physiological and developmental differences present unique challenges in the care of children and young people, compared with other patient cohorts.
A significant proportion of the General Pharmaceutical Council’s registration assessment relates to paediatric patients; however, pharmacists at all career stages and across sectors should be confident when treating this vulnerable patient group.
Our collection of resources on paediatric health is organised within three categories: medicines, conditions and safeguarding and wellbeing. You can access the collection by clicking on the tiles above. Readers may also find it useful to take the self-assessment quiz below to help identify areas of interest.
If you have suggestions for further topics that you would like to see included in the paediatric collection, please contact the research and learning team.
