Researchers wanted

We are looking for researchers who are working on medicines supply and shortages of medicines to join a network of researchers in the UK and other European countries so that they can meet and share their knowledge. Financial support is available for travel and accommodation to workshops and conferences and grants are available towards attendance at training schools and short-term scientific missions (exchange visits of a few days). In particular, we are looking for “early career investigators”, defined as researchers within a timespan of up to eight years from the date they obtained their PhD or doctorate but those undertaking or about to undertake an appropriate PhD would also be eligible.

This COST project is one which will run for four years from April 2016. It is a follow up to a survey by the European Association of Hospital Pharmacists. The overall project is chaired by a professor of pharmacy from Bern University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland, and we are responsible for a working group on “provision and procurement disruptions”.
