Opioid use must be reduced

16 March 2018: Ash Soni, president of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, was interviewed on BBC Breakfast about new prescribing data for opioid painkillers and concerns about opioid addiction. “We need to find ways to reduce use of these drugs”, Soni said. “We are going to end up in the same situation as in the United States and that’s unacceptable.”
